topo.py errors!____ isce.zerodop.topozero - WARNING - Default Peg heading set to:

Added by francesco menniti 5 months ago

Hi,
I would first like to thank all the ISCE developers and then I would ask you a hand to understand the kind of mistake that I am committing.

I'm trying to create time-series following the ISCE to STAMPS flow using SLC images of Sentinel 1A 1B.

I have used stackSentinel.py

stackSentinel.py -s /root/............ -d /root/demLat_N42_N46_Lon_E008_E014.dem.wgs84 -a /......./sentinel_aux_cal -o /orbits -b '44.1735 44.1941 9.9159 9.9591' -C NESD -W slc

When I run run_1_unpack_topo_master I receive these warnings

Running: topo
['--master', '/root/ELABORAZIONE/master', '--dem', '/root/ELABORAZIONE/DEM/demLat_N42_N46_Lon_E008_E014.dem.wgs84', '--geom_masterDir', '/root/ELABORAZIONE/geom_master']

I can't understand where the error could be?
In setting the PATH? in the installation of ISCE?
Or in the dem?

For the DEM download I used this script

mkdir DEM; cd DEM
dem.py -a stitch -b 42 46 8 14 -r -s 1 -c
rm demLat*.dem demLat*.dem.xml demLat*.dem.vrt
cd ..

thanks a lot.

Francesco

Hi Francesco,

This is just a warning. I don't see any error message. Does the processing go through or it fails some where?

Hi and thanks for the fast reply

YES, the processing go through, but in the run_1_unpack_slc_topo_master, run_6_overlap_resample, run_7_pairs_misreg and run_10_fullBurst_resample I see many warnings. I reported them below.
is processing proceeding well or are there major problems?

The messages that say "warning" are for information, they don't mean any serious error. If you see a message that says "error" then that might be important.

Looks fine. I suggest you go through some of the ISCE tutorials to get familiar with the software, input, outputs. Here are the publicly available tutorials:

thanks a lot to both of you for the quick reply!
Of course I will deepen my knowledge of the software.

Thanks again

Hi developers,
Sorry ignorance I am getting familiar with this software now.
can I ask you another question? Why if I put the bbox in stacksentinel.py the reference air is not cropped?

isce.stdproc.resamp_slc - WARNING - The variable INPUT_LINES has been set to the default value 1511 which is the number of lines in the slc image.

thank you very much for your disposability
Francesco
